The FlyDocs Workflow

Setting up your knowledge base is simple and follows four key steps:

1. Create Your Space: Register your workspace, set up your team, and establish branding (logos, light/dark mode styling).
2. Write & Edit: Create documentation pages using our visual blocks editor or sync content from GitHub. Polish drafts with the built-in AI writing assistant.
3. Configure Settings: Map custom domains with auto-renewing SSL certificates, and configure SEO fields (canonical tags, meta descriptions).
4. Publish & Share: Deploy static site outputs instantly. Your content is rendered in a modern theme with optimized schemas and an interactive AI search assistant.

Workspace Structure

FlyDocs organizes content at three levels:

• Workspace: The top-level account holding all team billing, domains, members, and site configurations.
• Doc Sites: Individual documentation portals (e.g. docs.myproduct.com). You can host multiple sites inside a single workspace.
• Articles & Guides: The actual pages and documentation posts, nested under categories and tags.
